May 2010 - Twin Lakes Swim and Tennis Club Membership is full for the current year. We do maintain a waiting list. The club normally experiences some turnover each spring. If an opening should occur, the membership chair will contact the next family on the waiting list. Thank you for your interest in Twin Lakes.

How to Join Twin Lakes

Membership, when available, is open to residents living within the membership boundary as outlined below. Additional memberships may be available to families residing outside the boundary. Memberships are limited and there is a waiting list. New members will pay a $400.00 initiation fee, a $400.00 membership fee (80% refundable at time of membership sale- see notes below) and the annual dues as outlined below.

To apply for membership to Twin Lakes, you must fill out the membership application, attach your proof of residency with a $50.00 application fee and mail the application to our membership chairman. The application fee will be applied toward your initiation fee and is refundable should you withdraw your application prior to being offered a membership.

The Twin Lakes Membership chair maintains a waiting list based on the date applications are received. When a membership is available, the chair will contact the next applicant. At that time the initiation, membership and annual fees are due in full.

Membership Boundary Information:
  • Membership initially available to immediate neighborhood. (this is considered "inside")
    • The membership boundary consists of residences located within the described area: from the eastern intersection of LaVista Road and Briarcliff Road to the intersection of Briarcliff Road and Oak Grove Road; from that intersection the boundary shall follow Oak Grove Road to Fair Oaks Road and shall then follow Fair Oaks Road to the intersection of Fair Oaks Road and LaVista Road; from that intersection the boundary follows LaVista Road back to the intersection of LaVista Road and Briarcliff Road. The membership area shall include only the interior side of the boundary roads.
  • Subsequent memberships available to families outside specified neighborhood. (this is considered "outside")

One time non-refundable initiation fee $400.00
One time membership fee - upon sale of membership, 80% refundable provided there are no outstanding amounts due $400.00
Annual membership for first household member $330.00
Annual membership for two household members $400.00
Annual membership for three household members $470.00
Annual membership for four household members  $540.00
Annual membership for five household members  $610.00
Annual membership for six household members  $680.00
